Planning

If you are interested in an Integrated Home System, you should contact us as early as possible, preferably during the planning phase before actual renovations work or construction.

Visit our model concept home to see what is possible. It also gives you a great opportunity to interact and experience the benefits of Intexact's personalized Intelligent lifestyle first hand.

A consultant will then visit your home and listen to your specific needs. By working with you and your interior designer, we can make sure that the system is truly integrated into the design of your home. This does not mean that you cannot install the system after renovations, but only that we may be limited in wiring up equipment and may be forced to consider wireless means, which in turn may not be as reliable.

Planning phase:

A detailed solution customized to your personal needs will be created, and a quotation will be drafted for your approval.

Installation will take place in conjunction with your builders or interior designer.

Infrastructure planning

Infrastructure planning occurs at the very beginning of the project, preferably before the start of physical renovation or construction. Key deliverables during this stage are:

1. A complete wiring plan for the premise with routing instructions
2. Zonal design, preparation and selection of locations for placement of key controlling equipment
3. Planning of PVC piping routes to accommodate the wiring.
